Playing music since age 10 BanjoKat has always had an interest in creating tunes and writing songs. She started on guitar but in 2019 got her hands on her first banjo. She brought the banjo just about every where strumming tunes here and there. In December of 2023 BanjoKat debuted in her first 20 minute set. From there things took off

From there things took off with her preforming a variety of different shows and events.

What's better than a Kat and her banjo? A whole quartet of course! Joined by the talents of Danny Russell Wolf on upright bass and background vocals, Crimzen shredding on mandolin, and Bill X on the washboard. Together in January of 2025 the four musicians recorded and created the first album "BanjoKat & the Sit-Ins".
